This complete renovation and addition of a 1900’s Victorian style era house in the Magnolia neighborhood in Seattle began with the demolition of the roof structure and most of the main floor walls.
The addition on the second floor accommodated a master suite, bathroom, new windows, and siding. True to aesthetics of the period, the addition and renovation of this project was seamlessly integrated with modern living.
The finished home provided the much needed space and all the features that the homeowners desired.
