This 3,000 square foot contemporary home is located in the Olympic Hills neighborhood of Seattle. Construction began with the demolition of an existing residence on the lot.
This home is ideal for entertaining and everyday living. The design utilized materials unique to the Northwest such as Western red cedar and the landscaping exemplifies plants unique to the are. The kitchen and living spaces open to a large ipe deck, which created a seamless transition from the interior to the exterior space. The master suite features a custom bath with a walk-in closet. Other design features included steel railings, white oak floors, custom rift sawn white oak cabinets along with in an inviting open floor plan. The finished home provided all the features that the clients desired.
