This renovation and addition of a 1950’s era house in the Wedgwood neighborhood in Seattle was designed with space in mind.
The addition on the second floor accommodated a master suite, bathroom, office, and an exterior tiled patio to create a space ideal for living and entertaining.
The finished home provided much needed living area and all the features that the homeowners desired.
